start everyday with a smile and get it over with

okay, so they are at it again. this news story is going around our office area. why can't they leave me alone?!?

TOKYO – The news out of Japan today is that an illegitimate son of Prince Akishino has been discovered – he has been living in the U.S. under the name Larry Kim.

This news comes on the heals of the birth of the new prince.
Earlier in a press conference, Prince Akishino proclaimed, “I was only 2 when Mr. Kim was born – the kid is not my son! This is absurd!”. The American media is speculating there is a huge cover up by the Japanese government.
When asked what he thought of his big brother, the infant prince could only cry – no doubt he realizes the significance of Mr. Kim being located.

Mr. Kim released a statement today, “Wow – this is great. And to think, all I wanted was to grow up to be was a Leprechaun”

I have to AMEN your post eyeball... The people I work with are sooooooo stuffy for the most part... Just a couple out of the bunch I can share my sick humor with and that's limited because our offices are so far apart... I would fit in like a glove where you work Larry..Can you get me a job??

Prince Larry! (-:

This reminds me of how I used to get picked on at work. One Christmas, everyone had gathered around my desk. They made me sit on the ground as they handed me present after present. Weeks before Christmas, I kept getting presents from various secret santas. It was all a big hoot. Lots of fun. Embarrassing, but fun.

granny, i wish i could get you a job here, but i am afraid you would like it too much ;-)

catherine, what is so embarrassing about getting gifts? it sounds like they really liked you... nobody ever buys me anything, that is why i buy plenty of things for myself.

I think it was embarrassing because I was the center of attention. It was nice to get all the gifts, though. It really meant a lot to me that they all got together to play that game with me. It meant that they were thinking of me. And I do like to be thought of. :)
